Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping

Before we get into this, please note that we are not trying to be assholes with our Return & Exchange policies. These are a necessary item when you are in business, and unfortunately some policies are put in place due to lessons learned.

To initiate a return, please email us at blaquecherry@amaryllispark.com.  Please do not send your purchase back to the designer brand or us without prior approval. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted – for example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

 

​To ensure the safety and health of our team and our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that may come into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, sweat, et al). Once these items leave our studio or our booth, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.

You have seven (7) calendar days from the dates of documented delivery to contact us with any issues or concerns regarding the status of your product.  No product will be eligible for return or exchange after the seven (7) calendar days. If your item is defective or arrives damaged CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Please keep all evidence of the package (box, packaging, etc..) and its document its condition with pictures.  We insure all packages and the shipper will require evidence to process claims.

  • DO NOT send any items back to us without contacting us first for a Return Processing Number (RPN). Any items sent to us without prior knowledge or a RPN will be refused.

    • ALL returns must be received within 10 (10) calendar days from the date of RPN issue.

  • Any items that are deemed defective will be replaced. In the event that that item is discontinued or out of stock a store credit will be issued.

    • All defective items must be shipped back to us PRIOR to any taking any action. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective items back to our studio, Blaque Cherry will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to the customer only.

    • In the case where a repair can be made, Blaque Cherry will cover the cost of repair and ship back to the customer.

    • If an item is deemed not defective, the Blaque Cherry reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for the return shipping. 

  • Any items that are eligible for return due to customer error or 'change of heart/mind' will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping the item back to Blaque Cherry is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded to the customer.

  • All products returned MUST: be 100% complete, in like new condition, fully resalable, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, tags, care cards, etc. 

  • All items must be free of lipstick, deodorant, or make-up marks and stains; must not smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor; or must not appear to have been washed prior to returning to remove any stains, make-up, odors, etc.

  • Items sold as a set must be returned as a set.

  • Please include your order number with your returns paperwork when you return the item.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom made or personalized items.

  • We super duper highly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you utilize a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

​Any items that are rejected, the customer will be notified and given the option to pay for return shipping.  If the shipping is not paid for by the customer, they they forfeit the right to any remedy and the item will be destroyed.

Sale & Clearance Items. All sales are final on sale, demos, seconds, and clearance items.

Shipping. We ship most of our items from our Maryland studio via USPS and UPS. We reserve the right to ship using the carrier of our choice or directly from our partner vendors.

All shipping costs are based on weight and the prices presented by the carrier; Blaque Cherry does not set the shipping prices.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

​

​If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we have no control over the shipping providers.
