WARNING - TO PREVENT FIRE & INJURY

• Always burn incense on a stable, heat-resistant surface; use a incense burner, plate, or materials specifically designed for the heat of incense use.
• Always burn incense(s) within sight.
• Never burn incense on or near anything that can catch fire. 
• Keep burning incense away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans and air currents. 
• Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room
• Keep incense or any lit products out of reach of children, pets, or any one incapacitated.
• Never touch or move a lit incense.
• Incense are hot when lit and can cause serious burns if touched or moved. 
• Do not touch or move until completely cooled.
• Keep incense burning area free of debris.
• Be sure to follow the incense burner manufacturer's instructions. 
• Vessel is for decorative use only; not food or drink safe.

BURNING TIPS: These are a small collection of suggestions that may assist you in troubleshooting - proceed at your own risk.  If the cone goes out, it may not be getting enough oxygen to keep it burning. This could happen if your burner is too small. If your burner has a lid, try removing it. Always store your cones in a cool dry place. If they pick up too much moisture they will not burn properly.

DIRECTIONS: Place your incense cone on/in a cone burner with point facing up or in a bowl burner on a bed of sand or natural ash. After placing your incense cone on your burner pointed side up, light the very tip with either a lighter or match. Gently extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning. Your cone should glow red and give off a delicate wisp of pale fragrant smoke indicating that it is slowly burning or smoldering.

SHIPPING CALCULATIONS. Shipping is calculated by weight after the item is packaged and we will 'over pack' this to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.  Most in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days with some made to order items shipping within 10-12 business days.

We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx interchangeably to allow us to select the best timing as well as select the best shipping costs.

PROCESSING TIMES. Processing times will vary as factors include, but are not limited to: current order volume, time of year (holidays, graduation season, wedding season, tradeshow season, etc.), cure & drying product times, and availability of raw materials/supplies.

Standard processing time: This item is curated and will ship within 2-3 business days.

Event / bulk order processing time: If you have any event, please be sure to give yourself and us enough time to proof, approve, create, and ship to you.  It is highly recommended that you start your order a minimum of 5-8 weeks before the event.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE. Allow extra time for holiday shopping season.  We highly recommend ordering as early as possible if you want to ensure that you get your gifts in time for Christmas.
