Shipping is calculated by weight after the item is packaged and we will 'over pack' this to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.

Event / bulk order processing time: If you have any event, please be sure to give yourself and us enough time to proof, approve, create, and ship to you.  It is highly recommended that you start your order a minimum of 5-8 weeks before the event.

Below are the manufacturer's recommendations/suggestions.  Proceed at your own risk.

Cleaning & Disinfecting BioThane. The manufacture recommends warm water and soap for general cleaning or dab with a small amount of rubbing alcohol.

 

To disinfect, the manufacturer suggested the following (CHOOSE ONE):

• 10% bleach solution (take the bleach out of the bottle, at 6.5% active ingredient, and dilute 1 part to 9 parts water)
• Envirocide (follow directions on bottle).
• Cavicide (follow directions on bottle)
• The manufacturer do not specifically endorse the effectiveness of these products (Envirocide or Cavicide) only that they will not harm BioThane in proper use.

Insect repellents harm BioThane. We know folks like to be out and about as they participate in safe space events.  If you find yourself at an outdoor function and using bug repellant, please note the manufacturer's recommendation/suggestions:

• Insect repellents may cause staining or pitting on TPU/PVC coated belts and leather products. Many insect repellents use DEET as an active ingredient which will pit/stain Polyurethane products.
• Another alternative may be to use an all-natural/organic insect repellent.
