WARNING - TO PREVENT FIRE & INJURY

• Remove from packaging before placing in your wax melter.
• Be sure to follow the wax melter's manufacturer's instructions.
• Always use a stable, heat-resistant surface; specifically designed for the heat of a wax melter use.
• Always use wax melters within sight.
• Never use a wax melter on or near anything that can catch fire. 
• Keep wax meltes away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans and air currents. 
• Always use wax melte in a well-ventilated room.
• Keep wax meltes or any lit products out of reach of children, pets, or any one incapacitated.
• Never touch or move an in use wax melter. 
• Wax melters are hot when lit and can cause serious burns if touched or moved. 
• Do not touch or move until completely cooled.
• Keep wax pool free of debris.
• Vessel is for decorative use only; not food or drink safe.

SHIPPING CALCULATIONS. Shipping is calculated by weight after the item is packaged and we will 'over pack' this to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.  Most in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days with some made to order items shipping within 10-12 business days.

We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx interchangeably to allow us to select the best timing as well as select the best shipping costs.

PROCESSING TIMES. Processing times will vary as factors include, but are not limited to: current order volume, time of year (holidays, graduation season, wedding season, tradeshow season, etc.), cure & drying product times, and availability of raw materials/supplies.

Standard processing time: This item is made to order and will ship within 7-10 business days.

Event / bulk order processing time: If you have any event, please be sure to give yourself and us enough time to proof, approve, create, and ship to you.  It is highly recommended that you start your order a minimum of 5-8 weeks before the event.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE. Allow extra time for holiday shopping season.  We highly recommend ordering as early as possible if you want to ensure that you get your gifts in time for Christmas.
