SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our designs our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact)

  • Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant, or make-up will not be refunded

  • Please also be aware that we will not refund on items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor

  • Items that appear to have been washed prior to returning to remove any stains, make-up, odors, etc. are NOT eligible or exchange or refund.

  • Items sold as a set must be returned as a set

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase

  • Please include your order number with your returns paperwork when you return the item

  • Due to the intimate nature of our items, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any items that are designed to come in contact with bodily fluids.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom made items nor haute couture/one of a kind items.

  • You must email us prior to sending back any item(s)

  • It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery method such as tracking numbers.

  • We will charge a flat $10.00 restocking fee on eligible returned items

 

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@blaquecherry.com.  Please do not send your purchase back to the designer brand or us without prior approval. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted – for example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace jewelry if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@blaquecherry.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Send us an email at hello@blaquecherry.com to process your return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we have no control over the shipping providers.
