WHOLESALE PROGRAM

Thank you for your interest in establishing a wholesale account with Blaque Cherry.  The form below is to just collect the basics, we will reach out via email for any follow on questions or needs.

Blaque Cherry fully supports our clients in building their businesses with a diverse product line using unique and diverse vendors. Our goal is to offer a wholesale program that benefits both of us, is positive exposure for our brand, and is fully sustainable.  We ask that you ensure that you meet the following parameters for opening up an account with us.  Again, our goal is to ensure that our relationship is mutually beneficial. Each application is reviewed individually and approval is at our sole discretion.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Access to the wholesale page is granted via a Blaque Cherry provided password; it is NOT your discount code or your account password.

All wholesale qualified products will be available under our Wholesale page. Access is granted to the page via our issued password. You will ALSO be issued a wholesale discount code that must be entered at check out to apply your wholesale discount. Your wholesale discount will not apply to any items in your cart that have not be identified as 'wholesale eligible'.  Sometimes our wholesale discounts may not be traditional, however we offer competitive pricing and additional flexibility for handmade and made to order products.

  • $350.00 minimum opening order.

  • $150.00 minimum subsequent re-orders

  • you can mix and match based on your business needs or season

    • exception of zodiac candles and massage oils

    • they must be purchased by the dozen but you can mix and match scents.

  • Custom designs are an option (minimums will apply)

 

The system will not allow you to check out without meeting the minimum dollar amount after the discount is applied. Not all products will qualify under fundraising or wholesale. 

ORDERING & PAYMENT

All orders must we placed through our online store. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders via Snail Mail. We do not offer 30 day net at this time, all orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.

LEAD TIME

Wholesale orders normally ship within 14 - 21 business days. Please allow for extended processing times during peak holidays. Lead time does NOT include shipping/transit.​

​​CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

What is custom? This is similar to an individual reaching out to a manufacturer or maker to create something that they designed and they want mass produced. These usually have minimums as it may cause a change in manufacturing, reconfiguration of equipment or collaborating for assistance which adds to the over all cost.

What is personalization? This is adding a name, birthday, or some other very information or specific to an individual. The personalization is added to a current product or collection with no change and usually a one-off. Personalized items are NOT eligible for wholesale.

We can do custom items for retailers who may be looking to create a something special for their stores. Please note that not all items are not eligible for wholesale; there are exceptions and there may be minimums. All eligible items will be listed on the Wholesale Product page.

ONLINE PRODUCTS & PRICING

By applying and accepting a wholesale account with Blaque Cherry, you agree that you will honor our online or catalog listed pricing or exceed it. In the case of wholesale, we understand the occasional sale (holidays/seasonal), but the sale must be short term and prices must revert to either match or exceed our online listed pricing.

Blaque Cherry prohibits the sale of its goods to or through any third-party sellers, in any way, without exception (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.). Blaque Cherry will not honor claims, returns, or exchanges when our products are purchased through any unauthorized third party sellers.​

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES

Blaque Cherry primarily ships its wholesale orders via UPS.  We reserve the right to utilize FedEx or USPS as needed or when requested by the retailer.  If you have an account with a specific carrier and would like to utilize them, please let us know.

 

Transit times are determined by the carrier based on the service that the buyer chooses.  Blaque Cherry has no control over the transit time, so please order your items with enough 'wiggle room' arrive when you need it. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping boxes must be visually inspected and any damage must be immediately reported to the carrier at time of delivery.
All damages or shortages must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery (as indicated by the carrier) via email to hello@blaquecherry.com. Please provide a photo of damage due to shipping to include the box and any other damages.

 

Replacement products will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of email requesting replacement with the included photo documentation of damage.  Some replacements may take longer if items are not readily available for shipping; we will communicate any delays at the time of the request.

Blaque Cherry reserves the right to update our programs, product (this includes designs and labeling), and prices as needed and without prior notice.
